Powering Ahead: Team OKR Annual Review

 Our Team got together to recap the year and set targets for the next fiscal year.

At Continu, we’re not just about keeping the power on—we’re about moving forward with purpose. To kick off the new fiscal year, our team came together for one of our most important annual traditions: the OKR (Objectives & Key Results) planning session. It was a chance to reflect, align, and energise as we set the course for the new year. Special thanks to @Adam Holland for hosting and running the session, keeping us focused on our goals.

Celebrating Lean Wins and Team Successes

While revenue growth is always part of the picture, this year we placed special emphasis on the how—specifically the lean improvements that made our business stronger, smarter, and more efficient. Lots of small tweaks—like quicker quotes and smoother service—really added up. For us, Lean in a service-based business is about spotting and cutting waste which in turn boosts value for our customers.
